MeltIN WITH ME

Privacy Policy

Your personal life should remain personal.

Effective September 21, 2026 · This policy applies to the website, apps, beta program, events and member services.

1. Who controls your information

Melt In With Me and its operating entity (“Melt,” “we,” “us”) determine how personal information is handled for the service. Privacy requests may be sent to info@meltinwithme.com. Corporate identity, mailing address and any required regional representative must be finalized before public commercial launch.

2. Information we collect

Contact information offered through Deeper Connection remains hidden unless both members approve that step and each offers at least one contact method.

3. Sources

We collect information from you, your device, other members who interact with or report an account, event and promotional partners, payment and verification providers, security vendors and lawful public or governmental sources where permitted.

4. Why we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts; provide search, compatibility, Bump, chat, event and payment features; confirm mutual choices; prevent fraud and abuse; investigate reports; provide support; communicate service and marketing messages; measure and improve performance; enforce agreements; and comply with law. Where required, processing relies on contract, consent, legitimate interests or legal obligations.

5. Compatibility and automated processing

Compatibility calculations use answers and preferences provided by participating members. Scores are informational and do not establish identity, safety or relationship success. Where applicable law provides a right concerning solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects, you may request information or review. Melt should not use compatibility scoring to make employment, housing, credit, insurance or other legally significant decisions.

6. When information is disclosed

Information may be disclosed to contracted providers for hosting, authentication, communications, payments, analytics, fraud prevention, verification and support; to event partners only as needed for attendance and safety; in a corporate transaction; to protect rights and safety; or in response to valid legal process. Partners and promoters do not receive private compatibility answers, precise location or private choices for advertising.

7. Sale, sharing and targeted advertising

Melt does not sell personal information for money. Melt does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws. If these practices change, we will update this notice and provide required opt-out methods before the change.

8. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction; withdraw consent; object to certain processing; opt out of targeted advertising, sale or qualifying profiling; appeal a denied request; or lodge a complaint with a regulator. We may verify your identity and may retain information where legally permitted for safety, fraud, accounting or legal obligations. Authorized agents may submit requests where recognized by law. Melt will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.

9. California and other U.S. state notices

Residents of California and states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights concerning categories, sources, purposes, recipients, correction, deletion, access and opt-outs. Sensitive personal information is used only for permitted service, safety and security purposes unless additional notice and choice are provided. The categories collected and disclosed are described in Sections 2–6. Requests and appeals may be submitted through Privacy Support.

10. European, UK and international users

If European or UK data-protection law applies, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object, and to withdraw consent. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries using legally recognized safeguards when required. International availability does not by itself mean every feature has launched in every jurisdiction.

11. Cookies and communications

Essential storage may remember language, security and session preferences. Optional analytics or advertising technologies stay disabled unless you allow them through Cookie Settings. Details and controls are available in our Cookie Policy. You may unsubscribe from marketing email or SMS; transactional and safety messages may still be sent.

12. Retention and deletion

We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the service, safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and risk. Deleted information may remain temporarily in backups or be retained where required or permitted by law. Before launch, Melt must maintain an internal retention schedule with specific periods.

13. Security

We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to reduce unauthorized access, loss and misuse. No system is completely secure. Members should use unique credentials, protect devices, avoid sharing verification codes and report suspected compromise promptly.

14. Adults only

Melt is intended only for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect children’s information. Report a suspected underage account immediately so it can be reviewed and removed.

15. Changes and contact

We will post updates and provide additional notice when legally required. Questions, requests and appeals may be sent to info@meltinwithme.com or through our contact form.
